Upgraded to a 5G plan.  Am I supposed to receive an updated Sim card in the mail?

Change was approx two weeks ago

The current SIM should be fine in most cases. Which phone are you using by the way? Was it compatible with 5G?

Thanks very much.  I thought so but wasn't positive.  I have a Samsung S10 and lost are not compatible but thought I'd check anyways.

I don't think it is a 5G capable phone. With Koodo you would need samsung s21 models or newer to use 5G.
