10 bill credit

I was wondering if I will be getting my 10 bill credit since I registered and downloaded the Telus health my pet app. I wasn’t sure whether to call them to see if I am getting it or ask here bc it doesn’t show on my account. I’ve read somewhere about may. If anyone can help I’d appreciate it.

Where did you see this promo?  Was this in an email to you?

 

The last I heard of a similar promo was in the summer of 2023

We can confirm there is currently a promo for the Koodo customers who got the email invite to sign up for TELUS Health MyPet account.

If you received the email with the offer and you already signed up for a TELUS Health MyPet account using the same email address as on your Koodo account, you should receive one time $10 credit applied to your Koodo account before May 26.
