wrong mobile number on account

Exactly what it says on the tin.  Got the "Your new Koodo service agreement!" email but the mobile number listed is something in the 742 area code and I'm in the 519 area.  So is the number I'm trying to port over.  Not quite sure how long I've been banging my head against the koodo "help" system, but I'm pretty sure a human could have handled this in minutes...   Anybody have any ideas?

Hi there,

that’s just a temporary phone number set on your account until your port your phone number to Koodo. If you have received your Koodo SIM card, follow the steps in the article to bring over your phone number 🙂👍
