Question

why was I charged for incoming facetime calls originating outside Canada?

Hi there,

I recently received a huge bill for long distance calling because I received incoming FaceTime calls from the US.  However, my wifi calling is off and the Koodo website says incoming calls are free from any country so I’m not sure why I was charged. It also only mentions outgoing long distance/WiFi calls being billed.

another issue is My Server is not showing any of my account information (profile, usage, bills, etc) and the chat keeps saying that my number is not registered to any account. I scheduled a call back but I keep reading about people not getting called or receiving a call that ends abruptly without getting connected to an agent.

Any advice for how to resolve and is it possible to be refunded?

Which cellular plan are you on as of now?

As well, could you post a snapshot of your pdf bill where it showed the charge? Hide all personal information before posting please
