I cancel my account 9 days before the next bill, I received an email clearly saying that my account with them is canceled I had to leave the country 5 days later going back home
1 month later I got curious and try to log on my koodo account to make sure my account was deleted,

Now it’s showing that I owe $37 ??
How come ??
I have an email saying that this was the end of my contract.

Noe because I’m overseas I can’t reach any of the koodo team !

You get a final bill that covers the prorafes amount of your final part billing cycle. It takes time to be generated, so you keep access to your selef-serve for 90 days after you cancel so you can view, review, and pay your final bill. Did you check the dates on the final bill to confirm it covers a time period you didn't pay before?

We verified the account and found that the last payment made on the account covered the September invoice. The last invoice, October, covering the period of October to the moment of cancelation, was not covered by a payment and is left as past due.  You can verify the detailed view of the invoice by downloading it as PDF.
