I wasn't aware that voicemails go from the box after 10 days unless we save them. When I realised this I added Instant voicemail service and called the representative to retrieve the ones that are gone from my box. They were discouraging and haven't yet found my voicemails. They did not even recognise that the website mentions that voicemails are irretrievable after month. Mine are not yet gone for a month and no one is helping me. I did not delete or save them.
