I just received a voicemail saying my Koodo account will be deactivated today.  When I log on to check my account everything is fine and I am fully paid up with $0 balance showing on the account.  Is this a scam message or do I need to do something to keep my phone service?

Hi @SDhk, your account is up to date and there is nothing owing. We’re also not seeing any late payment notifications. Do you have any other services or accounts with Koodo?

If no, the voicemail is likely fraud/spam. Do you know what number left the message?
