Turn off my voicemail, I tried to do as you recommend in the instructions, it doesn't work ... why should I waste my time on this ... turn me off

The voicemail has been turned off on your number. If you decide to resume it at a later date, don’t hesitate to reach out.
All rate plans come with a voicemail included, changing to a new plan will resume the voicemail. If you want to disable it then as well, you can follow the steps from our help page or send us a message if for some reason it does not work.
