Koodo paused my data because it says I went over my 100Mb of data.  My plan is 50$ / month for 75Gb.  The monthly cycle just reset too.  I have no balance owing and Data usage says 0.1/0Mb.  Now I have to wait for a call back tomorrow at 4;30.  It was the earliest available apparently so now I have no data for an entire day.  This is insane that I can’t get immediate support.

 

FINALLY work after trying for the fifth time. Hope everyone restores the mobile data too.


I have to laugh.  Just got my bill after this fiasco.  Looks like their way to fix my problem was to  put 3 phone plans on my one number.  I guess Im going to have to take more of my time to call customer service and fix my billing.

 


Me too!  Sigh. I have three lines and each of them were charged for three plans per account. Huge bill!


@Char1001 you had better set up you call back now before they get inundated again 😂.  The earliest time I got was Monday 4:30pm.  This call back idea is a train wreck
