I plan to buy a Pixel 8a unlocked from elsewhere (not Koodo). The 8a doesn't have a sim card, what do I need to do to get the new phone activated with Koodo?

If you are an existing customer, all you need to do is to insert your current sim in the new Pixel 8a once you purchase it.

If the sim size doesn’t fit, then you will need to purchase a sim card in a store and perform a sim swap using the steps here
