Unable to received calls or text messages from Android users

I have an Iphone 15

I cannot receive calls or text messages from Android users.  

Sending a text shows not delivered.  And calls from Android users do not come through, It goes to voicemail. 

I recently upgraded my phone. Changed from Telus Service provider to Koodo.  I brought my number to Koodo. 

Ever since I put in new sim card and transferred all data I have has this issue. 

I have tried changing settings. Turning off SMS and facetime. THen on. 

Resetting Network settings. 

In my settings- messages - send/receive -  

my phone number shows verifying and cannot do anything. 

Now today my phone is in SOS mode and i cannot make any calls. Says no service. and no internet.

Hi @v_Rocky 

If you got a new sim card with the new phone, this is not yet active, however, you can either use the old sim with the new phone or perform a sim swap  (https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/koodo-sim-support) to transfer the number and services to the new sim.
