I am moving out of the country so I need to cancel my account. I am not able to even schedule a call back using the Koodo Assist chatbot. Please help!

Hi there,
So during the black Friday Sales period reps may not be that available through a call back as a lot of people will be trying to chat with a rep. You can still reach them by social media though via Facebook or X (twitter). If you scroll to the bottom of this page, you can click the associated logos and it will take you to koodos Facebook and X pages where you can message a rep to close the account. Besides that your other options are to keep trying for a call back. I hope this helps
