So i had a whole thing with my brother, he “lost” my phone, reset it and everything, so i basically lost everything as well cause i had EVERYTHING attached to my number, can’t sign into any of my accounts, (unsure if apple care+ will help) but is it possible to have my plan transferred to my ipad air?

 

the only thing i think would be a little tricky, my plan is under his name and he pays my phone bill. and the few times i called koodo in the past it was a whole annoying process cause my grandpa is a truck driver. i just desperately want to log back into all my accounts then remove the number. any ideas or something? 

The number belongs to your brother. Are you able to get access to your sim? If not you will need your brother to get another sim for you 


last time we spoke he said he was going to get my phone back but that was like a week ago, before i could put the phone in lost/stolen mode, it was erased. and my grandpa already called in and had the phone locked but kept the number active?? cause he wants me to call apple. it’s a whole mess honestly so idk??

Only the account owner can make changes and request a new SIM. I would recommend you ask your grandpa to visit a Koodo kiosk to get a new SIM and transfer the number to that SIM.

Apple wouldn’t be able to help with Koodo SIM switch.


I'm confused what the issue is.

The iPhone is a separate thing from the sim. 

If your grandpa the owner of the Koodo account or your brother?

If the phone lost or did your brother take the phone back from you? Is the phone on a tab? If so then the Koodo account owner is the legal owner of the phone
