I received a call from one of the representatives, offering me an upgrade on my phone and price change in my plan. I told her I do not want to upgrade my phone. She then offered me a plan with a lower rate. I was initially paying $60 per month and she offered me $50 per month. I told her probably three times I did not want my plan to change such as unlimited text, unlimited call, call display, voicemail, 70 GB of data and 5G network. She proceeded to tell me that NOTHING on my plan was going to change. It is all the same. Upon going on my account it showed I was paying $50 per month with 4G network, no mention of call display and a bunch of weird things I don't know anything about. I called the service again and spoke with another sales representative. I was on the phone with her for quite some time and she told me that the plan I was asking for does not exist. I don't know if this is just a cash grab for them. I understand it is their job to sell, but to sell me a fraudulent plan that doesn't exist looks terrible on the company. Instead, I was offered a package plan for Disney, Prime and Netflix, for the trouble. So another upsell. Although she was nice and apologetic about the other sales representative, Jasmine, I cannot express how frustrated and unimpressed I am with the service right now. I have been with Koodo For a LONG time, as I'm sure they can see from their records. l asked for her name and after about 30 minutes, she finally told me her name was Jasmine (The first person that called to "upgrade" me). Which I don't know why that was so hard and such a secret, since they announce their names at the start of every call. I asked to speak with a supervisor or a manager, and was told they have different supervisors and managers, and that cannot be done. I then asked if the first person could call me back and I was told she doesn't know if she can or if she can essentially make time for that. She can't promise she will. I work in customer service if you mess up and are a liar you deal with it yourself not cower behind a phone. I'm a little confused as to why one of the sales representatives called me to give me a "better plan for being a long-term loyal customer" but gave me a shit plan and lied over the phone to me about what I was receiving. Had I not checked, this would have flown under the radar. The second sales representative told me she was going to write a note in my file and try to have the other girl call me. She also said she was going to change my plan back to my original one ($60/month with everything I had before). Do I not check my account the next day and it was STILL not changed. I had to call the company for a third time and sit on the phone, on and off hold, for 51 minutes. While this sales representative put me back to my old plan, I had to wait an absurd amount of time and was ONCE again asked if I want to pay MORE money for a package deal for Prime, etc. I told this lady the same thing I told the other lady, I'm not interested in paying them anymore money. I think it's best you look at who you employ and review your recordings that you guys take for every call and actually work on the sales representatives. Don't just hire anyone that hands you a resume. All three of the people I spoke with seem to not know what they are doing. If they're not going to offer your customers  anything that actually benefits them, but instead make them have to stay on the phone for two and half hours to fix the problem they created, then don't bother calling them at all. I’m back to the plan I I ty started with. 2.5 hours later to have the exact same thing I started with with the same price. Waste of time.

So, what was your original plan price and data amount?

And what did they offer? (Price and data amount?

Did you accept it?

If there is any changes on your account- plan change, add add-on, number change and phone upgrade- they send you an email? Did you receive any?

My original plan price was $60/month with 70GB of data. The lady called me and downgraded my plan (4GB network and random long distance fees added, still 70GB) and said she was “deducting” $10 off my monthly plan for being a loyal customer, but my plan details would not change (she lied). I did not accept her changing my plan only a $10 reduction to my plan which she told me once again, my plan details would not change. I tried to reach out to them many times and have not heard back from anyone of authority. Had to call customer service 3 times and waste 2.5 hours of my time.
