There were recently a couple of Telus reps visiting my apartment, and I got talking with one of them last Friday about subscribing to a Koodo internet plan. He gave me a call next day with the number 437-243-3651, and he asked me about my Koodo account credentials (including the password), said that I would get an email soon. I haven’t heard from him since or got an email about that modem.
First of all, is the number affiliated with Telus? If so, what is going on? If not, what can I do? Thank you.
