My account was suspended due to an overdue balance. I made the payment, using Self Serve payment with a Canadian Visa card yesterday.  My account is still deactivated.  I requested a call back using the Koddo chat function, but I have not received a call, I’m assuming because my account is deactivated.  How can I connect with a koodo representative to activate the account?

Hi there @Colin Harper   We have reviewed your account and can confirm that the payment has been received, and your account has been active since yesterday. Please power off your device, wait 10 seconds, and power it back on, and everything should be working.
