What Koodo account did you use to order Stream+?

That account would be the one where you would be able to see your subscription.

Okay let me explain what happened. 
I do not have 2nd account with different email. However, when I was offered the Stream+ promotion link from a telus technician, he sent the link to my email address but somehow it was unsuccessful. So the technician asked me for the other email address and I got the link with my second email address. I proceeded the purchase with the second email(not the same one with the one in my koodo account). So I guess that is where it went wrong. 
So how can I fix this? There is no second account to  see the subscription status. Can I cancel it or move it to my original account?
