Stream+ stuck in purchase in progress

I’ve added Stream+ Premium to my account last night.  I have not received any activation emails and my self serve is just saying “purchase in progress”.  How long does this usually take?  When should I receive the activation emails?

Hi @Joself 

We have forwarded the details to our support team and a ticket has been submitted. 

You should be notified once the issue is fixed and the subscription, and then you can activate the streaming services from your self serve account. It shouln’t take more than 48 hours.
