I often get emails from koodo with some promo codes which says if I switch to monthly plans using those promo codes I can get 12gb for $25. It also states that I can either visit store or call on 1-833-881-8878 to change to monthly plan. Does this number belongs to koodo sales? Or it is simply a fraud. Cause I can’t find this number anywhere in koodo sites or self-serve.

Why dont you use the promo code online with the official koodo webpage? This way you dont need to call the number or visit instore and pay the extra $70 connection fee
