I keep getting messages that says welcome to the USA. I am.in my apartment in southern Ontario Canada on wifi. There is something about making calls to the USA. Also something about data charges and . I don't know anyone in the USA. And ifbi turn my wifi off, I have no data. I have included a screenshot of a text I received. I have my roaming turned off.
