I have a tracking number for returned equipment but I’m still receiving requests for equipment to be returned. How do I get in touch with them?

Just to comfirm, when you check on Canada Post website, the status of the return shows as delivered? Also, did you get a receipt from Canada Post when you returned the equipment?
Yes I have the tracking number (4000477858001998) and the Canada Post website confirms that it was delivered to Richmond BC

There is no need to contact Koodo Internet customer support if you got the receipt and the tracking shows it was delivered.
When did you get the return reminder last time?
March 20 was when I was last emailed and the equipment was marked as having been received March 11 in Richmond BC. My concern is that I don’t think I had my return address on the package
