I am trying to cancel my monthly account as I am leaving the country in 2 days.  For the last week, I am unable to schedule a callback via KoodoAssist.  Also, no one has answered me on  their FB account either. This is very unprofessional and unlawful that I cannot simply request that my account be cancelled.

How do I get a hold of anyone to get this done before I leave?

As much as we want to help, we have limited access here on community, however, if you have already ent a PM on social media, a rep should reply as soon as possible.
