I have two phones on my plan and want to remove one since the person who uses that phone chose a different provider. How can I remove a single phone line?

To cancel a line on your account you will need to schedule a call back through the link below and speak to a rep. Alternatively, if the person who left would like to just keep the phone number they can port the number to the new provider, this will also cancel the line. Any remaining balance from the line will show up on your next monthly bill, this includes the prorated monthly charge and any remaining tab balance and tab bonus if applicable. I hope this helps
