Received cable modem but have no coax cable outlet and email said no tech visit for activation

Today is my Koodo installation date. I have the equipment, with the self-serve instructions, which indicate I am required to connect the model to a coax cable outlet. I have searched my home, and don’t think we have  a coax connection. We currently have fibre. How do I complete installation without a technician coming to my home, without a coax cable outlet?
