Apparently i had a password on my sim and or i was unaware  of the default until i tried my phone pin 3 x and locked it. I need a Puk code but have no other call back number and the koodoo/telus store wanted 90 dollars to call or be id assume the call back, i have fretted and wasted most this day trying to talk to someone to no avail.  Is there another option?  My youngest is special needs and no phone is very important and finances minimal, i have had this number and phone alot of years with 2 kids on same account.

There is no charge for the call back. I am not sure where you got the information that there was a $90 fee.

Thank you .. phone is restored from the help here,  no charge.  The fee was what they wanted at the actual store I went into asking for help with my issue as I am not very computer friendly and was frustrated with issue that has never happened the numerous  years with same plan.
