hello. I have been trying for 2 days to schedule a call back from a representative about a call back. the bot will not let me.
Is there a glitch with this bot???

no, the quote was for the $34 plan ( the one advertised on the website) and for a 7 month 11 dollar discount on this plan.
Are you referring to the credit for the connection fee? Can you please confirm if it was supposed to be a $10 credit over a period of 7 months?

I am referring to the quoted plan of 34 dollars a month, and an 11 dollar a month credit for 7 months.
( I am assuming the separate 70 dollar connection fee will be credited in the next billing cycle).

We can confirm the $10 credit ($11.20 after tax) has been added to your account and it will start applying with your next bill for 7 months.
The plan is $39 ($34 with autopay). The autopay discount will also apply as of next bill since the pre-authorized payment was set up after the bill date.
