Hello, I am temporary in Germany. Although I have Easy Roam set up I do not receive either, no calls and no text messages. That is a bit troubling because a lot of authentifications go through texting to this number. Anyone an idea how that could be changed?

I assumed you have doublecheck your addon of the plan in selfserve to see if international roaming was added to your account?
Since you landed in Germany was your phone off airplane mode? And have you tried to reset network settings ?
