Hello I initiated a port request to VOIPMS this week, but it didn’t go through as I’m not in Canada and didn’t receive the confirmation message.
Now, I am asked to talk to Koodo to get them to approve it for me, so the next time VOIPMS send the request, I wouldn’t have to reply to any message.
How can I get hold of a Koodo live chat associate? I am not in Canada right now, I preferred email or live chat over phone calls.
