I have initiated a porting request with Fongo. After multiple attempts Koodo accepted the request and confirmed that verification sms will be sent which needs to be responded with a yes inorder to process the request, but I have not received any sms. Now fongo has asked me to pre-authorise porting request with koodo for 72 hours so they can process the request at their end. How can this be done?

You would have to contact Koodo directly by scheduling a call back from them with their Koodo Assist www.koodo.com/chat
