I have successfully ported my number from my previous carrier to Koodo. However, the new SIM still shows the temporary number, but calls and texts are coming through my ported number. It’s been over 2.5 hours as stated for the duration of porting. What to do in this case?

Thanks Dennis, already tried this… got transferred to the technical team which I have been on hold for 30 minutes now.
Have you tried restarting your phone?
When you login to self serve does it show the newly ported number?
