I ordered 2 sims / 2 plans for BYOD as I am going to port 2 numbers over when the sims arrive. The sims / plans were ordered separately, using the same email for both orders, one right after the other. 

Both sims shipped out this morning but I have so far only received one email confirming activation with a new account & mobile number… I have already set up the self serve for this new account. 
How can I tell which of the 2 order numbers this account & temp phone number is associated with?

I also need to find the phone number associated with the other order and add it to the account?

 

 

Hi ​@warpdrive welcome to Koodo! The second order is still being processed by our Webstore team but the line will be added to the same account. Once it activates, you will be able to see the second line in your online account.

When you get the SIM cards you can proceed with the port in, here is a guide https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/moving-your-number-koodo  The line that is currently active on the account has the assigned SIM card with the serial number ending in 9.
