I want to know when I can upgrade my phone
You can upgrade your phone at anytime. You just need to pay off any remaining Tab and Tab bonus that you have on your line first.

Whenever you want to upgrade your phone.
Mind you that if you still have 24 months commitment with your current phone, then you need to pay off the balance and Tab bonus first to upgrade
