ive switched companies since my koodo iphone was stolen. how do i report that phone stolen, etc when i cant even schedule a callback? it gives no callback option for my new number.

Just to confirm, as of now are you a Koodo customer? if you already switched to another company you would have reported lost phone to them, not Koodo.
How did you port your number over to the new company?
