When I originally joined Koodo, I was given a temporary phone number while porting over the primary number. Now, a year later, the temporary number is showing up whenever I phone or text others.
How to fix this?

If you go in your phone settings and try to update the number from there, does it work?
What phone are you using?
Have you also tried resetting the network settings?
