Hi everyone,

I need some help with an issue I’m facing while transferring my phone number from Telus to Koodo. I missed the 90-minute window to respond to the transfer text with “Yes” or “No.” Unfortunately, I replied after the window closed, and now my Telus account has been deactivated, but the phone number wasn’t successfully transferred to Koodo.

When I inserted my Koodo SIM card, my phone shows “SOS only,” meaning I have no service. I tried reactivating my number on Koodo’s platform using my old Telus number, but it says the number doesn’t exist.

I’m unsure how to proceed and would really appreciate any advice or guidance. Has anyone experienced this before?
