Are you able to receive calls properly?

Does the issue happen regardless of the outgoing number you are calling?

Are you a new customer?  Did the calling work properly before?

Yes I can receive calls no problem.  It happens randomly and with different numbers.  I have been a Koodo customer for 5 years.  The calling worked properly before.

Which phone model are you using? And when you said you were sent to voicemails, was it your voicemail or the receiver’s voicemail?
