I am not currently receiving text offers from Koodo. I don’t remember unsubscribing, but I’d like to get them again. I’ve seen in other forum posts that a Koodo Rep needs to do this for me. Could someone assist? Thanks!

We can see that text messages were not selected to receive marketing offers. When we send offers via e-mail or SMS we also provide an option to unsubscribe.
We have refreshed the marketing preferences in order to make sure that you receive text notifications when offers come around. It does have around 10 days to fully update.
