Hey Koodo I am currently on hold with a internal help desk. I am 110% sure this is not for customers buy your loyalty department sent me here been 1:28:23 so far! When a customer is allready on the verge of cancelling putting them on a hold that is this long will ensure they cancel epically a internal help desk hold! Never in a million years after working for Rogers, Bell ect should this ever happen and not have the agent once come back to check in within a 2 minute period! There are reminders for the agent to check in within 2 minutes ever 5 minutes that have come across and a recording saying to use your tools and report broken links........ Come on Koodo Stop wasting my time! 

Anyone else have this happen when the rep doesnt know what they are actually doing?

I am not sure posting here would help to reduce the wait time on the phone.

Anyway, which plan are you on and what are you expecting from Koodo?
