No Support-- How to change provider- to Virgin

Unable to reach any Koodos support to explain roaming charge notice when roaming turned off on cell phone.  Koodos customer support offering no direct way to talk with live agent so will be switching to another provider.

Any advice on how to access a live person or in the alternative contact info for Rogers or Virgin Mobile to switch provider.
