I just moved into a new condo that had no previous internet service (I think it was shared) which I indicated when I signed up. When I received the service connection email it said no tech visit required. But there’s no coax cable outlet. Isn’t a tech required to install the coax outlet? How would I get this?

Hi thanks, yes, it’s an old house turned into condos and I think all six units shared internet in the past.
Oh well, maybe that you should specify this to the owner of the house so that he installs the coax cable. The Koodo tech will no start drilling in your wall and install a socket. What they do is bring the internet from the pole to the home. Anything inside the home, not sure they do. Might be wrong tho.

Thanks! I’m going to cancel and go with another provider. The prices aren’t that great to justify having to figure all this out.
