I scheduled for a call back today at 3:30 PM. Even received a text stating to expect a call back soon. It is now 4:11 PM and I have not received any calls.

 

If I go back into the support chat, it tells me that my callback was scheduled for 3:30PM and I can reschedule at the earliest for Sunday. I am not awaiting another 2 days.

 

How do I reach a human on the phone at Koodo?
