never received a simcard that I paid for.

Hey!

I paid to have a sim card with my phone. I never received it and I cant get anywhere with self help. 

 

WTF do i do lol

Are you a new customer?

Did you upgrade your phone through Koodo’s online store?

@Dennis,  So i added a line. I checked out with a sim card in my cart. I have paid for it. waived the activation fee.  I have a different plan completely for this phone and a new number ( its for my daughter).

If you added a new line and checked out, then once approved, Koodo will be mailing you the sim card via Canada Post using letter mail.

When did you activate the new line?

The new phone came in on Tuesday and it is being used with out the SIM.  It is set up. 

I was under the impression that the phone would come it the sim in the same box. 

It came with just a phone and nothing else.

Did you sign up to add the line with a new phone at the same time?

If so, then yes the sim should be in he box.

From past posts regarding this issue, they eventually found the sim tucked under one of the folds in the shipping box.  Can you take another careful 2nd look at the shipping box?
