Transferred to public mobile, the mentioned the transfer did not work but I know have their esim, I receive texts but no calls, how can I have the service transfered since I can't communicate with the help line

When you login to your Public Mobile Account, do you see the status of the phone number port?

Did you get a port confirmation text to your Koodo sim?


No, I am unable to see the status, data is working and calls are not, no text either


Try restarting your phone.

We have checked the status and the port-out request has been cancelled.

You'd need to resubmit the request for the transfer through the new provider.
