Need tier 2 support for setting up koodo internet. Who do I call?

I need to reach tier 2 support because tier 1 support could not help me. I’m getting a modem delivered for a third time and I want to make sure that it will work this time.

I am confused. Was it Koodo or Canada post (or another delivery compang) trying to deliver it to you? Was the address wrong or were you not at home?
