I can’t find the wall outlet for the coaxial cable 

Has a technician sent to your place to install it yet? If you didn't have it, Koodo would have to setup an installation visit for you.


Unfortunately that’s not something we can assist with here. You’d need to confirm that your house has a connection. If the order was approved for your address, it should mean you have it somewhere. If you simply cannot find it, you’ll have to get a tech on site to locate where the cable goes to in your house.
