Data isn't working but I've only used 5% of my monthly data.
I've had that happen a couple of times. It concerns me as I am always paid in full. It seems to be a glitch with koodo, it will resolve itself from my experience.
How is it stating that?
Is it a text message?
Do you have a screenshot?
In my case, it was a notification in my notification bar. The last time this happened, was about a month ago, and some coworkers who were also with koodo had the same issue. But it resolved itself within an hour. It happened about 6 months previous to thag also and it resolved itself. I've been with koodo for 14 years, and it has only happend MAYBE 3 times in all that time.
Are you still encountering issues with the mobile data?
If yes, have you tried resetting network seetings on your phone or switching to 4G/LTE then back to 5G?
No i am not having issues with this now
The last time that happened, I tried that. It didn't work. It resolved itself eventually
