I cannot reach out to anyone as there is no live representative option and i cannot wait 2 days to get a callback.  

You could try to enter I had number transfer issue in the Digital Assist to see if they can schedule a call back earlier.

If the number was still in transit between carriers, you can also call the porting center at +1844.232.7678

Can you please check if you got any email notification about the suspension? 

Please also check the Spam folder. 


No, no emails. I am still locked out of everything with no access to sms, data or phone calls. I can't even access my plan or contract. I am in the dark, and i have to hope for a callback to a different phone in the next 2 business days... This has been a horrible experience as my first time using koodo as my provider.
