new SIM card for a second phone went missing during shipment - I received a torn emptyenvelope

  • is that missing SIM card tied to my account - will I get billed for it’s use in some unknown phone

Potentially it could be used from being activated. If you received the envelope and it’s torn and missing, I would complete your registration for self-serve so you can report it missing/stolen and get another sim card to swap to.
