When I open my land line it says, device not registered. I recently transferred to Koodo because I was with Altima. Why is my phone not working ?

If you do, please log out of the Community and log back in, using your Mobility Self Serve account credentials as shown in the picture below.
If you cannot log in you can schedule a call-back through our Koodo Assist or send us a private message on Social Media via Facebook, X/Twitter or Instagram.
Try powering off the hub and powering it on again.
Also when you login to your self serve do you see the home phone line on your account?
