Koodo site BOTH password change pages do not wok

I have tried 8 times on two different pages on the Koodo site to change my password with no success, the first one which you can access through the My Profile > Password change, this one make its look like your password gets changed but does absolutely nothing, after typing in my current password and my new password the change password button does nothing and does not change the password.
the second page is the one I get via email when I press forgot password, this page keeps complaining that my password is too similar to my last one, despite it being a completely new and unrelated password.
this is very frustrating and I would like a non-AI servant to help me with my issue.
